Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I would like to tell you the truth because the entire office is located in the Philippines and the customer service and the sales department is here in Makati and the accounting department that processes all the refunds is in Bicol and the catalogue office is in Pasig.

I would also like to tell the truth that around 90% I think have no basic car knowledge because they only ride the bus and jeep and were not fully trained for car parts and our catalogue are not daily updated so only a few are updated. We have around 50 plus website as our members.

Our managers will not answer because we are on a firstcall resolution and if we do not resolve that, we will get punished.

The refund takes 4-6 weeks because it is being processed here in Bicol, Philippines. 85% of the agents answering calls for customer service cannot understand english because some only reached second year college or only took 2 year courses so the customer must ask the representative to read back the complaint. If not, they have to cover the for sales agent that sold the wrong part or the catalogue error. Our motto as far as the customer is concerned is "sir, you have the correct part but the wrong car."

We are forced to sell parts that are not correct or out of stock because it is punisheable by incident reports and suspensions from the human relations office and the employee relations office.

We cannot change your orders once it has been processed because it has to go airbound from the Carson office to the bicol office and that takes a long time.

If you think you have received the part twice and ordered it either online or through a representative, the representative concerned will misinform or if not, inform the customer that either the order has been cancelled or only an RGA form was filed. Since we have all the customer's contact details, we can search their accounts using the email, the phone number and the last 7 digits of the credit card. So that the customer will not know that a car part was ordered without their consent, we will take away your email or change your address except for your credit card information. We have to do this because we fear the PQA and the employee relations officer and our team leaders because they will issue us incident reports and then suspend us and then blacklist us. Blacklisting agents like us is very easy. We don't have contracts or IDs even if we have been working for almost two years here.

That is all we want to reply.

Signed,

Jose Dacuycuy, Paquito and Romy Diaz, Mel Bigson, George Estregan, Ben David and Igana S.Quama

I've come across this site to share a fragment of truth. Perhaps, this won't immediately reach those who have read and believed this report without looking at the other side of the coin. I only hope that my two cents is enough to gradually educate those who have been mislead by Mr. Jose's sour-grapes. I nonetheless believe that there are people who think smarter than him and the rest of his gang. In spite of everything, my heart goes to those who are blameless Mr. Alfredo Miguel, Mr. Bammer Pilar, Ms. Sheila Pineda, Ms. Emelda Perez and Ms. Jill Bernabe. I personally know their pure intentions, real gender and expertise as opposed to Mr. Jose's peevishness, frailty and confusion (and whose real identity is already known). Mr. Miguel is a CPA and Finance expert. Mr. Pilar is a professional and reputable HR practitioner. Ms. Pineda came from the academe aside from being an HR Manager. Ms. Perez is a public policy/social legislation specialist. Finally, Ms. Bernabe is truly an experienced call center manager. First, I don't think that it would be proper to announce to the whole world that a company has been falling short of government requirements and standards. It would be better though for complainants to tire out all the remedies within the company to resolve issues concerning employee welfare. To name and shame won't help either labor or management but only exacerbates a simple issue. Let it be known that labor-management conflict resolution is also a shared responsibility. There's so much to discuss about due process, slamming, fraud, etc. I suggest that allegations be supported with credible evidence first. There's an adage in Filipino which says, Ang alkansiyang konti ang laman pag inalog mo maingay." At the end of the day, it would be worth-reflecting to realize that Filipinos need more jobs than gossips (tsismis) Second, John Clements Consultancy Philippines is unquestionably one of the best firms in the industry. Enough said. Third, I don't understand why Mr. Jose and the rest of perpetrators had to spoil each character's name at US Autoparts Philippines. Definitely, unfair-play and the absence of a scintilla of evidence don't exist in the art of argumentation and debate. Fourth, let it be known that it would be better to pull one's weight than to pass the buck.

Let it be known that the US Autoparts and its Philippine In House Call Centre, MBStek, located in Pasig at Bo. Kapitolyo and at Ayala Avenue Makati, Metro Manila and the Bicol Province of Albay do not pay their tenured employees and representatives with the correct salaries and wages inclusive of commissions and the service incentive leaves. Relatively, they file the salary deductions very late such as the SSS, Philhealth and PAG-IBIG much less do they provide application forms especially in PAG-IBIG and yet we are being deducted from it. Our taxes are perenial disputed especially the tax refund because they deduct more than what is required by law. They also illegally give incident reports, suspends and terminates tenured agents without any due process because they do not slam and are truthful to the customers so their sales are lesser. Beware also that since we have expanded, our new agents are taught to slam orders by really ordering the wrong parts and parts that are out of stock because 90 percent of them don't know any car parts or do not own a car and because our motto there is "the part is correct but the car that the customer has is wrong". We sell purely car parts and we have over 80 related sites and our office is located in 17150 South Margay Avenue, Carson, California. The recent agents came from John Clements Consultancy Philippines and their only qualification is that they reach second year college and it does not matter if they know how to speak english or come from hawking the street or a fast food chain for as long as they are good in slamming. So, for profiling, the names to look out for should they be applying in your office or should US Autoparts want to do business with you are: Alfredo Miguel (country manager) import from Bicol and formerly a dance instructor Joel Acot (call centre manager) from teleperformance before but as per sulit.com, he is a sex worker and an unauthorized re-seller of china made cellphones Bammer Pilar (employee relations officer) also from teleperformance before and a closet queen who likes to be with mestizos with sturdy bodies and before that, he was an exotic dancer for clubs that house the third sex Emelda Perez (VP for HR) import from Bicol and a former housekeeper Shiela Pineda (HR Manager) import from Bicol and a former chambermaid Jill Bernabe (Operations Manager from Sales) deserter from the Philippine Military Academy Sid Abuel (Operations Manager from Customer Service) unknown call centre origins Michael Dulce (QD Manager) formerly from Sutherland Call Centre, Pampanga and a known voyeur and a *** surfer using company time. It has also come to our knowledge that we do not have any fire permit from the fire department of makati as far as our electricals are concerned so we are a fire hazzard. Be it known to those who read that we do not deliver internationally so if your money gets held up because you live in another country well tough luck. It will be returned anyway within one to two weeks. Now, if you live in the US Virgin Islands, Hawaii and Alaska, sorry for you because we really charge shipping and we only deliver tiny parts and not big orders and the entire exhaust system. Our computer is built to take your money and then return it after one to two weeks so be careful of ordering especially in ebay. If you were ordered the wrong part or did not receive your refund for more than one month, please call collect at our philippine office and look for those above except for the following hours in california time-- Mr. Miguel at around 2pm-3pm because he has to meet a mysterious lady friend at the macdonalds in front of our office. Mr. Akut because at this time, he is doing the afternoon dilat, I mean delight, with one of our trainors by the name of Sweet. However, you can reach Mr. Bammer almost all the time because he is just at the workarea floorgazing at young and muscled boys and men. you can call collect at 632-8564987 or 632-8564986 or if not, call 609-388-4325 and ask the vice president for customer service Buster to connect you to the filipine office so that they can give your refund in 24 hours, promise. Thank you. Signed, Jose Dacuycuy and Mel Bigson
