The incident described in this report is erroneous or missing significant information. US Cellular does not and did not at the time of the incident described extend customers' service agreements (a.k.a. "contracts") when making a routine price plan change. Only equipment discounts and special service promotions would require a contract renewal. Published price plans are available to any customer at any time without extension of contract dates.
