Got This EMAIL IN RESPONSE To A Complaint To Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner State of Texas I called 512-936-7630 and Gary Messner said that a Dallas Attorney had informed him that they were filing bankruptcy.A Texas resident needs to file a complaint. The named organization is not licensed or regulated by this Office. Your transaction has taken place in the State of Missouri by a Missouri resident and is therefore considered a Missouri transaction, subject to Missouri laws and regulations. We do not have regulatory authority over this transaction; our authority is over any and all transactions conducted in the State of Texas by and for Texas residents. I have to apologize to Laura Dudrick I do understand why she lied to me about her name. However please know that it is not her fault that USCM did this to all us. She is simply tring to make it right. She is NO longer with USCM either due to this fact. Please do not hold her responsible.

I understand your frustration and aggravation that you are experiencing in this situation. I am, now, an ex-employee of US Credit Management. Understand that everyone that is left at that company is worried as to what an angry customer is capable of. If your were given the name "Missy," it is possible that she was protecting herself and her children. Would you give your name if it was as uncommon as "Durdick?" Ms. "Durdick" has always had the utmost respect for our clients. Many of them have sent thank you letters for her. It is unfortunate that she is in the situation she is in. But, this The ex-employee that you have been speaking of had voiced concerns about angry clients showing up for some time prior to leaving. One of the former employees was so worried about it that he got a concealed handgun license. Understand that consumers, like you, would have been privy to the knowledge of bankruptcy had we not aligned ourselves with "World Debt Solutions." This "honest" and "reputable" company is just as guilty as Rusty Hilger, the ex-CEO that actually squandered and wasted your funds. We were preparing to update the phone system greeting to inform the remaining clients, and those who had cancelled out, that the company was filing for bankruptcy. Alberto Camacho had them shut off. He threatened the phone provider with a lawsuit. Our phone system was setup as World Debt Solutions, LLC. You see, Alberto Camacho and the investors were once very close. He still calls them quite often and threatens them over $$$ he says he is owed. (Which I emphatically add he is NOT) It was only after he was terminated from the company, and yes, he did recieve paychecks from US CREDIT MANAGEMENT as a Chief Operations Officer, that this whole thing started. If it wasn't for Alberto, USCM clients would know what was happening when they called in. That would not make it any better, BUT at least they wouldn't get the disconnected phone numbers. If they try to rebuttle this, this is the last email between alberto and myself. On a personal note: Don't go away mad, just go away JM" I would encourage ANYONE and EVERYONE to do a public records investigation, specifically in the Tennessee courts for one Alberto Camacho, the registered member of this company, prior to doing business with this HONEST and REPUTABLE company. In retrospect, I wish we had. It is in my opinion that he was just another blood-sucking crook who promised the world, and just got away with company funds. Interestingly enough, theft of company data, even if in bankruptcy, is still a crime in the state of texas. Although alot of USCM clients may appreciate what he did, not even the whistle blower laws cover this one. I hope that the Bankruptcy and criminal attorneys prosecute those responsible in taking your money. I honestly do. On a side note, do you think that this ex-employee felt any guilt while collecting a paycheck - knowing the situation at hand? I say no. And to ALL USCM Clients, does it not bother you that they STOLE your client data. Who knows what information that they might have, Social Security Numbers, Drivers License, etc.... I assure you though, the information contained in our database was secure. What they took was handwritten on notepads. To those responsible, They do have video.
