US Health Advisors part of Freedom Life Insurance Company. BEWARE, This is NOT real health insurance. You will not get a FREE Wellness visit. This is a type of plan that gives you discounts for going to an In Network Provider and a cash benefit. There are no Co Pays, You will pay almost full price for all medication.Do not switch your Major medical try a short term plan before buying into this discount plan. Similar prices. Agents are not properly trained and are constantly marketing this discount plan as true health insurance. Also , it is not ACA compliant, it does not have the Essential Health Benefits required by law so you WILL get a tax penalty which increase every year.Clients could pay upwards of $5,000 in penalty based on income. Please do your research before buy this plan. Ask the agent how much a doctors visit would cost for wellness, they will tell you "up to" or "no more than". you will never get a straight answer from these people.
