us periodicals my mom gave them permission to do an telephone check of $189 for one or more subscriptions of 2 years, probably for the Globe magazine, and the Globe claim they do not have any record phoenix, Arizona
mom has paid $189 for a subscription to something( i expect it was one or more to the Globe magazine) and it has cleared her bank but us periodicals cant be reached and the globe has no record of it. but she received confirmation that her telephone check was used. she received this offer in the mail because it gave her options of how long(she chose 2 years) but she used the telephone for ordering. how can we get her money back and/or get her the subscription(s)?
