US Periodicals Magazine Renewals Don't bother applying for a job Tempe, Arizona
Don't bother applying for a job here...I never got paid for the 1 1/2 days I worked there. I quit due to the animosity I felt from the customers. Several hangup's and threats of reporting to the authorities.
When I quit, I was told by the manager that I had to wait until the 15th of the month, as that was their pay period. I waited until the 18th, no check. I then proceeded to call every day for the next 3 days without a response from him. I finally drove over there and met him in the stairwell on my way up. He not only told me that I was not entitled to my check but wouldn't provide me with his managers name. He then threatened to call the police if I didn't leave the property, even though it is a shared office building.
I filed a complaint with the Labor Department and the great manager, HIM, responded by sending the department someone else's time sheets. I responded by explaining to them that I wasn't this person they had said I was. He had provided them with the same first name, different last name.
The first day of work I WASN'T asked to fill out W2 information, thus the reasoning for the labor department to deny my claim. My word against their's that I actually worked there.
Bottom line..... between the HIM management skills and the numerous complaints against this great company, Stay far away.

So called Annie was a terrible employee from the start. She couldn't handel people telling her no on the phone when asking to renew their subscriptions. She was late the first day and was told she would be of no further use to our company. I'm sure she is still unemployeed because of her work ethics!!
