Priority Mail is not treated the same as First Class Mail. We have a separate transportation hub and individual processing centers nationwide to process these pieces, with a goal of two days (no more than three days) for delivery. Regrettably, some Priority Mail pieces do slip through into the First Class Mail stream, however, we try to isolate and process those pieces prior to First Class mail. For overnight delivery, Express Mail is always available from the United States Postal Service.
