US Realty and Property Management are the worst company to do business with. They ripped me off by charging me fees for a bunch of pre-existing problems with a condo. I moved into the unit and had problems every week. The property wasn't properly inspected by management before my move in, but what would I expect from a lazy property manager that sits behind his desk slurping out of his Burger King cup.

US Realty and Property Management is money hungry looking for anything that they can charge you for. My real trouble started when I moved out and I was nickel and dimed for every single thing. I was charged for things that I did not damage and were pre-existing. I tried communicating with this company and the property manager is incredibly arrogant and rude. He will challenge you with every little nook and cranny about the property.

He has to be right and you will always be wrong no matter what. To make a long story short they charged me for a couple damaged items, one of which was listed in my property inspection sheet before move in. Of course I challenged it, but I still have to pay because he found loop holes around it by charging me for something else. The amount is minimal and it's not going to make or break any one of us, but it's just the principle and ethics.

I was an excellent tenant who paid early every month and kept the place clean and safe. I gave the proper notices and cooperated to the full extent and it doesn't matter. Youre looked at like a steak in front of a hungry lion when you move out, because it's their payday $$.

Good luck trying to contact them, I've asked to speak to the owner of the company numerous times and she hides behind her obnoxious crony (Property Manager) who is also notorious for not answering emails. They screen the phone calls for each other like their wanted by the FBI or something. Maybe if I wave some burger king coupons in front of his face he'll answer that email and service my work order.

In the state of Nevada you have 30 days to return a tenants security deposit. Most reputable management companies will have it sent out much sooner than that. Typically two weeks for a company that is professional and honest. US Realty and Property Management sent my refund with only two days left from the 30 day legal limit. That tells me that they are either incredibly deceitful or lazy.

There business cards say US Realty and Property Management but the sign outside the office says U.S. Loan Servicing? How money hungry can you possibly get? You should add cleaning toilets to your list because your service and Professionalism  is crap.

US Realty and Property Management in Las Vegas are horrible. Stay away, I swear you will regret it. Not worth the stress and hassle. Go somewhere else if you want friendliness and respect. You will spend more money with US Realty and Property Management. They really nit-pick you with all those fees and they fight you with legal jargon to keep the charges. BIG RIP-OFF!

Paige the owner of US Property Management decided to do the right thing and resolved my dispute. She credited me back the rest of my deposit that was unjustifiably held from me. She in return asked if I could remove this report from the site. I tried and Unfortunately, I was unable to do so. At the end I was victorious because I stood up for something that I believed to be right.

At first, the company had a unwillingness to resolve or satisfy the issue at hand and may have felt that because they are the company what they say goes. There was a last change of heart from the owner of US Realty and Property Management. I will never know why she wanted to truly resolve this matter. I hope that it was because, it was the right thing to do.

Paige was very nice towards the end but I still question the logic of keeping employees around her operation that cause harm and mischief to customers and business? This all could have been avoided if she  intervened more quickly. Perhaps Pat left in charge of rentals should have forwarded my messages and dispute correctly, instead of having fantasies of something greater.

 I would have been very upset if my employee played owner and went rogue on my customers. That would have been grounds for termination, but it's not my business. I should have received an apology from Pat for getting fresh with me. It would have made this a perfect resolution to this conflict. After all it's not all about money here.

Stand up for what you believe in people! Don't settle or be pushed around by companies that think that they can get away with it. If you speak up, you may not only reward yourself but you may stop some one else from being a victim. Thank You Rip Off Report! Good Luck People... and God Bless!

Well, look who woke up from hibernation! Is this what it takes to get your attention Paige. I've been asking to talk with you before we got to this point. I never asked for 100% refund. If you read my email to Pat, I "clearly" explained to you that I agree with the majority of charges except the ones that are pre-existing. You charged me for damages that I did not incur and were unwilling to discuss or negotiate a remedy for the situation. I have pictures of the unit's condition before I turned the keys back to you. Sorry, but people have the right to know about your shady practice. You simply can not continue to do this to the consumer. It's not moral!!!

You have my phone number and my email address. You have had plenty of time to resolve this matter with me. I asked to talk with you numerous times and you avoided my communication. I sent you letters, emails, phone calls and smoke signals, all with no response. Please clearly read the emails I sent to Pat before you rebuttal my review, because you don't have a real understanding of the situation. Perhaps, if you did not hide from me, you would be more aware of the issue. It still stands that your company is deceitful and unethical. I will never do business with you ever again for any reason. I hope people will read this and understand that they will keep more money in there pocket if they stay away from US Realty & Property Management. This company is a RIP-OFF. Thank You!

My name is Paige and I am the owner/broker of US Realty & Property Management. I am sorry that you were disappointed in our service and felt that you should have been refunded 100% of your deposit.  Any fees charged were paid directly to vendors to clean and repair the property to restore it to the condition you had received it in originally. No excess funds were received by my company.
