USA CARDS SERVICES ripoff DALLAS Texas
USA Card Services ripped us off. They told us that they would help us to start a website and stay with us through the whole process to get us up and running.
Keith said that we would have to go through an interview, to see if we qualified. Upon passing the interview, we were told that they used Chase to back them and that they were willing to invest $5000.00 in us to start our website.
They told us that we needed a laptop to do their business on. We expressed to them that we had three home computers that we could use but they insisted that we needed to use theirs. We expressed that we could buy a laptop and not have to lease theirs. They said that by using their laptop, that would help them to stay afloat, while they helped us to set up our website and start to make money.
Keith said, "If you don't make money, We don't make money and that is our goal to help you to make money."
Keith, insisted that they would provide all the help we needed from start to finish. He said that if we needed any help that we could call and they would provide the help.
When we needed more help, they told us that it would cost more money. They never menitoned that there was more money involved, other than the rental of a laptop.
Keith faxed us an agreement copy that was blurred and he went over it with us because we couldn't understand some of the writing.
Keith never mentioned that the laptop rental was through another company, Keith never mentioned that we would have to pay additional money to complete the website setup or get the help we needed, Keith never mentioned that this was a scam or that this is the way that they made money was by leasing the laptop and not by helping you with a website. Keith or anyone else didn't witness the signature of the agreement either.
We now have a 48 month non-cancelable lease paying $131.44 a month for a laptop that we never have used and not help with getting the website up and going.
They didn't invest $1.00 in us. We told them that we didn't know anything about starting a website and they said that that is what they were there for. To help us set it up and get it running and making money because "If you don't make money, We don't make money."
