Usa Cars Don the OWNER Sold me a vehical for more than tripple what its worth Wylie, Texas
Ok when my husband and I fell desperate in need of a vehical because the one we had just broke down on us we found USA auto in wylie,tx. They happen to have an Expedition that we were interested in (mind you we had our 10 month old baby by this point) Which is one of the main reasons we were desperate for a vehical as well as we had to get back and forth to work. Anyways SO I go up there around August of 2006 and they had a 1998 Ford Expedition for sale for $12,500 Im thinking at the time ok well thats not to bad, considering right now we just really need to get a vehical i figured we could handel that price. So we put like $2000 in cash down as well as we gave them another $500 cash from our broke down car we sold.
So in all said and done $2500 should have been taken of of $12,500 to leave us with $10,000 left to be owed, Now mind you this Place is a Tote the Note so they determin there finace charges. Well guess what when it was all said and done we went from owing $10,000 to almost 20,000... By this point i was in tears and did not understand how we jumped up in the price this much. But we were also young and stuck at this shop with no car so we signed the papers while i was crying knowing they JUST RAPED us as far as money goes... I have tried and tried to get them to re addjust the ending price and they did just a little bit but not enough to make much of a difference. Any how we have now payed about $10,000 on this truck, not including the $2500 we put down and yet they are wanting us to pay another $5500 before we can get our tittle..And our truck is only worth $3,765 NOW.
Ok now lets look at this The previous manager Maria, had told me she could not believe that we owe so much on this vehical considering she had just sold a 2001 Expedition for $7000... These people are CRAZY the Owner Don is just a greedy old man who cant even price his vehicals properly or have proper managment and employees... They will take your payments and then not document them and then call you and tell you you are behind as if they never got the payment you payed like they are trying to get more money from you, Luckily i save every confirmation and reciept number so they couldnt jip me and try to repo my truck for a payment i had already made... ISNT this CRAZY... This place should be SHUT DOWN! I think i have payed well over more than enough of this truck and right now I am trying to fight them on giving me my tittle...
