Hello,
I am also a victim of USA Credit Lines.....I sent $175 on the 14th of February and did not receive anything. I was advised that in 15 days I would receive my card and this never took place. I also have another friend that I told about the service and I advised him to wait until I went through the process but he couldn't wait now he is in the same boat.
Scammed! I will attach my Money Order receipt as well. I want my money back or the item I purchased stay far away from this fraud! This is why he only accepts money orders and he only responds to your questions when its about sending the money. After you send the money he no longer responds to any emails or calls.....all you get is a auto response from his online form once submitted.

To those who may read this claim posted by a consumer is completely untrue. If the person who made the claim...made no claim of what product or service they purchased or the amount they so call...LOST making any purchase.
Its 100% a false claim and simply another competitor making false accusations to try to slander our name and to knock us out of competition. The same person posted it on backpage and also made NO claim of what they purchased or any amount they lost.
If you claims on ripoff report 99% of claims indicate there loss of purchase and the amount they lost. Its simply UNTRUE and just another a*****e who has nothing better to do.
By the way backpage removed there posting and blocked there email.
