i ORIGINALLY APPLIED FOR A PAYDAY LOAN FROM SEVERAL COMPANIES.  tHEN i WAS APPROVED BY A FEW OF THEM.  i TURNED DOWN EACH OFFER.  I KNEW IT WAS GOING TO COST MORE THAN IT WAS WORTH TO ME.  I STARTED RECEIVING EMAILS TELLING ME TO CONFIRM MY OFFER, I WAS APPROVED.  i STARTED DELETING OFFERS LEFT AND RIGHT.  CAPITAL ONE EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TO CALL ME AND TELL ME I HAD WON A $9500 UNSECURED CREDIT CARD TO AN ONLOINE STORE.  I TURNED THAT DOWN.  I KNEW AGAIN IT WAS GOING TO COST TOO MUCH.  ALL I HAD NEEDED 2 DAYS BEFORE WAS $400.00.  I READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND CONDITIONS.  WELL, AFTER I HAVE REFUSED THERE LOAN.  NO MONEY HAS EVER BEEN CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT.  YET THEY HAVE CHARGED ME $99 DOLLARS AND COST ME SO FAR $70 DOLLARS IN OVERDRAFT FEES.  I TRIED TO CALL AND WAS TOLD TO CALL BACK DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.  I CALLED, IN FACT AFTER HOURS.  I WILL CALL THEM IN THE MORNING.  THEY HAVE RIPPED ME OFF AND MY BANK WILL NOT DEFER THE OVERDRAFT FEES.  IHAVE BEEN HAD AND DON'T LIKE IT. ESPECIALLY ON A TECHNICALITY.  11-11-2010.

Hello Quality Control.  I spoke with one of your supervisors and he took care of my remaining money, however, let me make it clear, no overdraft charges were returned, just what was removed from my bank.  thank you and I am now a satisfied consumer.

Also, whomever commented on my article, I may not like the way American Pepople are treated either, but, file your own report.  Don't make it look like its me saying things.  Thanks again Ripoff Reports for your service.

By BIG BUSINESS, mostly banks and mortgage refinance companies! They have found ways to gouge us of ever penny that they can - instead of providing a service they figure ways to take as much of our money as possible. Like in my case FIA CREDIT SERVICES lowered my credit by half, raised my APR to double the amount, then when I paid them down closed my account. This is with a customer of at least 15 years and connected to a credit union. Then QUICKEN LOANS chiseled me out of a $500 for absolutely nothing! Needless to say, this has left a bad taste in my mouth. One of the things that you can do is to alert this government agency of your experience, and if enough people do this that have been scammed, we may see some changes happening in the foreseeable future? I will call you again.  If you are in quality control you are doing a poor job watching my money stay in my bank.  I have agreed to no such authorization.

You took $99 and have agreed to give me $64 of it back.  Still keeping $35 dollars of my money.  Calling it a non refundable amount.

I never authorized you to take anything out.  And as far as the NSF/OD charges you caused me.  You don't even care about that.  $70.00 you cost me in addition to the $35 you kept.  You should be ashamed of your company.
