We had the front of our home insulated the 20th of June 2016 and we were told by the sales rep that this would make out home warmwer and more energy efficent. Now that the cold weather and wind has arrived we are just as cold as we were without their service. The wind was blowing in around all the outlet boxes and the walls feel like they have nothing stopping the cold air. When I called the local office I was told that I should go buy a can of spray foam and fix the problems around the outlets myself. They never even addressed the cold walls. I then tried to contact their corporate hedquarters and was going to be directed back to the same guy I had already spoken to.

After contacting this site and finding an email address to cooperate headquarters I was contatced by the local company and the manager said they would stop by my house to check on the installation of the insulation and fix any problems, when they had work this way.
