USA, POCKET BIKES The box that it was packed and shipped in was in very poor cond. The bike tank was scratched, the rear fend was cracked. The day after Christmas we tryed to start it..NO luck its a piece of junk, company doesnt take returns and sends no refunds. I want my money back and they can sit there anis on the bike.. No Clue, Web Site Says California.. But It Was Shipped Out Of Canada.. California

I called the company and was told the warranty is no good because we put the gas and oil in the engine..The company doesnt take returns and sends no refunds. Its not my responsibilty to fix the bike or to bring it to someone that will . I want my money back and they can sit there anis on the bike..

I have yet to find a review site that gives this company more than a 1 star rating. Even google brings up a ton of bad news with just their name and state typed in. Why exactly would you order from them?
