USA-Pocket-Bikes.com $415.00 RIPOFF! SENT ME A DEFECTIVE POCKET BIKE THAT WONT WORK Internet
Bought $415.00 pocket bike off internet, got it yesterday and the rear fender is cracked not bad but still for a brand new bike it has cracks in the fender already, and it wont work, wont charge and wont run, has no power to go. And the instruction manual is written by a 2 year old the way it describes what to do and how to do it, there is even a section that sounds like it is in ebonics......DO WHAT????????????
ALSO you cant contact the company but only by email and it has taken 2 days to even get a reply from them but no solution to getting it to work. I bought the X7 Bullet for my sons birthday and he has been waiting for it for days to get here and now that it is he cant ever ride it, a TOTAL LET DOWN and and expensive one. I said I wanted to return it and some guy named Mark said the 30 day guarantee only applied to parts. Well H&%$ send me every part I need to build another, this one doesn't run at all.
HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS CRAP.. DONT TELL ME IT IS IN THE FINE PRINT THAT SOMEHOW THEY MADE IT LEGAL TO RIP PEOPLE OFF... WOW WHO WOULD OF EVER THOUGHT WE WOULD SEE THE DAY PEOPLE LIKE THAT WOULD BE PROTECTED. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, THE BIKE IS GOOD FOR "NOTHING"

I bought a bike from usa pocket bikes, and less than 3 miles it broke and other defects found! I have a possible solution. Dont let them take your hard earned money! first solution, use a credit card for purchase, they can refund your money possibly, its much easier. #2 Take them to court! how?? there out in california ?easy one to fix. call civil tree. They are filing my small claims for me. i do not need to go to california to start the small claims, they do all that and send copies to the defendant ( company you sueing) then they give you a court date in your email, and also send you copies in the mail. So all I need to do is arrive on time in california. its like 200.00 but thats a court cost you get back, when you win. What to do ? get all emails printed, phone call records, photos, and bbb ratings and complaints, a copy of there website and all info about your sale. And renember, they took your money, they say its a toy. but they offer it can be used for legal transportation and they also say they provide a warrenty up to entire bike but do they? no. they have over 80 bbb complaints, ( use a evidence) think of all they questions they would bring up and bring as much evidense against them, these companies send out vehicles that dont work, and in any way and you the customer has to take it, dont be a victum, stand up for your self, and do whats right dont let these companies fool you, you are the consumer. this is true , the chinese bikes they get have to have a manufactures warrenty. dont let them take your money. stand up! I will be taking them to court I will post my verdict.

I emailed USA-Pocket-Bikes.com yesterday again to get some answers as to why the $415.00 bike does not work and they say ALL SALES ARE FINAL! THERE WARRANTY IS ON LIMITED PARTS! SO THE FACT THAT THE BIKES DOESN'T RUN AT ALL DOESN'T FALL UNDER THE WARRANTY! WHATEVER! HE IS RIGHT THEY AREN'T TRYING TO TAKE MY MONEY THEY ALREADY HAVE! $415.00 read response: Hello, Cherri, we are willing to honor our warranty for our products. The bikes are sold as hobby vehicles, as stated on our website along with our policy and the saying, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you would like to view our website policy you can at usa-pocket-bikes.com.
