Contact your attorney general's office, file a complaint, you will receive the credit for all the billing that has occurred in the past. The local phone company customer service can only see back 6 months to 1 years-it is possible the charges go back further. I am the ex-employee of a company that did customer service for One Call. If you want to stop this from happening to other people tell them when you get your credit you still want to pursue the matter of the fraudulent billing. No victim, no crime, other people did not tell them to pursue it any further and you became another victim as a result.
