I am another one that is being billed by this company. I do realize that I saw an online offer to get "Platinum long distance phone card" in the name of the store "Food4Less" and I refused it. However, I started to be billed by my local phone company "SPRINT" that doesn't want to take responsibility.
I didn't pay the charged fee of $15.44 and my local company insists on me paying it and getting the money back from USBI. USBI promised to stop charging the fee immediatelly (agent John) and refund the money back (within three months!).
The same thing was promised by "SPRINT" but only refunded one of those fees ($15.44) and keep charging me this fee for three months now. Is this real? What do I have to do to actually stop it?
