The seller's website, usfitwear.com looks legit. Once you purchase an item from their site you checkout through PayPal. After some time goes by and you do not receive any correspondence or more importantly the product that you ordered, you instinctively file a case with PayPal's Resolution Center.
Once you file a case with PayPal's Resolution Center, you as the BUYER are locked-out from ever replying or adding any more information to the case, PayPal will only deal with the SELLER at this point. This SELLER then orders an inexpensive item from Amazon to be shipped to a random address in the BUYER's city and state since that is the only address information allowed on a tracking report. He gets this information simply by using google maps.
Once the Amazon item delivers to the SELLER's city, wherever and whoever it went to, the BUYER sends this "delivered on xx date to the BUYER’s city" tracking number to PayPal Resolution Center and they immediately close the case in the SELLER's favor. As I stated before, PayPal does not allow any more information from the BUYER even if the BUYER obtains proof from UPS that the tracking number provided to PayPal did not belong to the BUYER or their address.
It is a clever scam but a scam none the less. The SELLER got $54 dollars in my case, and probably spent one or two bucks on Amazon leaving them with a large scam profit margin.
