true usx doesn't use COMCHECK but everyone in the industry knows how they work RIGHT and EFS transfund works the same. if i had just said EFS some people may not know what that is...... but if you want to get technical when paying for a lumper the driver is to call their FM and let him/her know how much and then wait until they get a massage that the money has been loaded onto their EFS FUEL CARD, then call EFS and have it moved to a transfund check. i said it in a simplier way that everyone in the industry would understand that would be like me saying satcom everyone in the industry knows what it is but i have never seen a SATCOM in a usx truck...... if i said drivertech just how many non usx drivers would have a clue what i was talking about.

The date on your rebuttal is from 2007? When in that year or any other year did USX use comchecks'? EFS checks, not comchecks...

when you got your load info it had a del time on it and if you didn't make in ontime then you were late and they will not pay layover if you are late no matter if the BOL has a del time or not. it's not the dispatcher's fault if no one called to schedule the appt, it's not their job, that's the CSR job. and yes i have been paid when this happens but i am always ontime. the rule is you need to be ontime to get paid, they don't have to pay you if you are late that's the rule and you should know it. "They also make me right a check for a lumper and they used my MONEY, and they did not put it back." that is not the way it works you are to call and have the lumper money put on your fuel card and then comcheck the lumper. that is the rule and you should have know it. as to the truck did you ask to take the truck to k-mart or did you just ask k-mart if you could leave it.... did you ask usx if you could take the truck home...?
