Utah Dept. Of Consumer Protection UDCP Will not Protect Consumers against criminial Activity Salt Lake City, Utah
This agency should be named Utah Div. of Criminial Protection, UDCP. Even when provided blantant proof of a crime and criminial intent to commit, they still don't want to do anything. Even when a search warrant provided able proof, still no action taken by this agency except to BLOW IT OFF. They didn't even interview the victim but choose to believe cronic liars, law breakers and thieves. Even with the evidence sitting right in front of them proved the crime. IE "UNLICENSED BUSINESS".
I can see why a report back in Nov 09 on this website about Glen Minson of this agency "takes bribes" is probably pretty accurate. If not just lazy, incompetent would be a good definition of him and this agency the Utah Div. of Consumer Protection.
If traveling thru Utah beware of "businesses", especially small town and family owner ones there. They have a "local" price and a "tourist" price on what they charge you. Then when you find out you have been ripped off, the Utah agencies don't care because, "you're not from around here so what's the big deal"?
