Utalk Unlimited Aka American Value rip-off! Fraudulant check! Las Vegas Nevada
I was contacted by a company named American Value to use a free trial for two weeks and then I could cancel all of the services they claimed to provide if I was not satisfied. I received the package and looked at it. It was not what they described so I cancelled it.
Two weeks later a $139.90 charge was listed on my account causing over $60 worth of over draft fees. I filed a claim against the check and when I received a copy of a check from UTalk Unlimited whom I had not heard of. I called the customer service number. I explained to them that I had not purchased anything from them and they are now telling me that I have and that they will send me an application for a refund, since it is against policy to do an electronic refund. I have filed a report with the better buisness bureau and will now contact Nevada authorities but I am not holding my breath on getting my money back.
