Vacation Palm Springs AVOID THIS AGENCY, THEY ARE A FRAUD AND CHARGE TRANSACTIONS WITH NO AUTHORIZATION Palm Springs California
We rented out a house from this agency in late December of 2014, and i have to say AVOID THIS COMPANY!! We get to the house to see that it is not what we expected, it was a raggedy small house which had issues all throughout the house. The first night we got there we realized that there was a major plumbing issue.
The plumbing was so mickey mouse that it backed up and came up the drains in the shower. DISGUSTING!! I had to go all weekend without stepping a foot into the bathroom.. Whats the point of a vacation?? Long story short, we checkout and left not ever wanting to remember on what a horrible weekend it was due to the false advertisement of this agency.
A couple weeks pass by and now they put a $1500 charge on the card claiming that "the house couldnt be rented after you left". They claim the backyard has some ash on the floor, and the carpet got a bit dirty. $1500 i could buy you a brand new carpet and a new power hose! I spoke with the manager with the name of Sonia Baltazar. She had been avoiding our calls once she found out we were calling. After finally getting a hold of her she was absolutely rude and disrespectful! She kept talking over me, disregarding what i had to say, then she HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! Overall, your better off staying at a hotel or using any other agency but this one. I have a BBB claim pending.
