In October, 2013 I received a phone call asking me to come to a meeting to update me on additional things available through my Worldmark timeshare credits. I think they also mentioned RCI. They offered a free meal at a local seafood place.

They meet one on one. The agent explained how they take some of your Worldmark credits and rent them out for a higher price per credit but would pay me 7.5 cents per credit. I would receive my money back in 6-9 months and this would be every year.

They told me if I used a Citi or chase card they do not charge interest for 12-18 months so I would be able to pay it back and not be charged interest.

They said I would be a member of VSI- making it sound like VSI would be the one renting out my timeshare ownership.

I wrote a check for $498. which was a lifetime enrollment fee for ESP(Excess property solutions) The balance of $9,482 was put on a visa card I owned but was instructed to transferr it to a chase card within a month so it would not generate any interest due.

I waited the six months and started calling. I was told read the fine print- "Rental Pool payouts are figured and paid semiannually after the completion of the six month pool. The payout for each individual client is processed during the next 6 month period after the entry time and after points are transferred to EPS."

I kept calling all these different companies. VSI enrolled me into there club and gave me a membership number early on.

Last week Sept, 2014, R&R has given their phone number to another company that wants to give you a $100. gift card for a shopping spree all I had to do is pay shipping and handling. They gave me the number for information to reach the company I was trying to reach!!!Unbelievable!!!

VSI says they don't rent out points. They did acknowledge that they have knowledge of the R&R company as they gave me a phone numbe (in writing from Jessica, the inventory control director of Vacation services international.) The number in not a working number. This was in July of 2014.

Is the FBI working on this??
