We hired this law firm to assist in our K1 Visa filing. We were assigned Vadym Rogov as our representative. From the start he was less then helpful. Our paperwork was continually delayed on his end and anytime we asked him questions he was very obtuse and would not answer directly. Anything he did answer turned out to be false information. He caused our visa to be delayed by several month and we nearly missed payments to the USCIS which would have delayed things further. He would not return calls or emails. At one point I left 14 messages and several emails asking for assistance and did not get a return call. The receptionists were always vague about his wearabouts. I have since found out he filled out some of our paperwork incorrectly with the wrong numbers which could now be delaying my change of status further. It was not until I threatened a law suit against the firm that I was sent to a new representative and amazingly all my questions were answered and our case went forward as it should have from the beginning. But by that point we had already cancelled our wedding and spent several thousand dollars in extra travel fees due to his incompetence. This man should not be employees at McDonald’s let alone a law firm. How he has not been fired is beyond me! We still have not decided whether we will or won’t be filing a law suit against the company.
