Horrible experience using Van Kirk Pools. Continuous problems including hap hazard contruction, failure to follow up at all including the owner of this company. Do not stand behind their warranty, crack in the shell not being repaired, charged for checking of leaks and cracks never done, sinking tiles not being fixed. Stay away from this company. All they offer you are empty promises. Horrible customer service. The best thing they do is give you the run around.

I recently hired Van Kirk & Sons to renovate my swimming pool. Van Kirk completed the job and I now am extremely happy with the results. As a homeowner I initially rushed to post a negative review online when things were not completed as agreed to, however, in the end, Van Kirk & Sons DID everything they promised and fixed all of the issues I was having. They do stand behind their work and their warranty. I wish I had been a little patient and not rushed so quickly to post a negative review. I would continue to recommend their services to others.
Van Kirk & Sons made my pool look beautiful again after the renovation.

Customer fails to mention they hired someone other than Van Kirk and Sons to fix the crack in there pool once Van Kirk notified them of the crack. they decided to go cheap and have it fixed. They also fail to mention Van Kirk does not warranty anything on remodels of existing shells which is also in there contract. Again they fail to mention they had another company add more pavers outside what they paid Van Kirk to do and wanted Van kirk to come fix those pavers as well.
