On October 11 2013 @2:37 pm eastern time. I purchase a vanilla MasterCard for the cvs in the amount of $190.00 I i went to use the card I which I was told that the carc declined. I call vanilla MasterCard number spoke with Trisha (rep). She stated that they don't see the cardbrewing activated. I  gave her all the card and recipt information. I was told to send an email that consist of pictures of the card ( front and back) then a picture of the receipt. I was then told by another rep that they only receive the photos of the back of the card and the recipt sent it again an was told by the supervisor that he did not see it receive email the information again. He also stated that once the information is received it will take 3-5 business. Call back to confirm that they received All of the photos via email the rep stated yes and it will take 24 hours to activate the card
