Representative advised we could purchase insurance to "Cancel for any reason".  Due to the Pandemic our plans were cancelled 2 times .  Last time Vantage took it upon themselves to reschedule.  I am currently full time employed and this did not work out for me neither did the requirements required for "vaccine "requirements so I decided to cancel seeing I do not know when and if I can be off at no fault of my own. 

rSubmitted all required documention only to be informed I did not qualify for a  refund. I will recieve travel certificates which I can not use. I was charged over 1000.00 for this bs insurance and also Vantage charged  a 300.00 cancellation fee.. even though we purchased "cancel for no reason" insurance. I never received any information on the terms and conditions of the insurance also.

Just the BS from the representative in which we purchased. Total scam .I paid more for the insurance than the down payment for the trip.Hard earned money I worked for which was stolen from me!
