Are you sure you did not misstype the dates? If you do, please, disregard my remarks. Without defending the rude behavior of the owner/employee of the company, one remark. If you order ANYTHING from ANY company in US on SATURDAY Jun 15th, it is impossible to get it in 4 days without paying overnight delivery charge. To complain because of SLOW processing, LATE delivery after 4 (FOUR) days? (WEEKEND included.)Sending 5 status requests? Let me repeat I am not defending rude behavior.
