I booked a travel package, both air fare and hotel to las vegas with vegas.com.   They are very deceptive about telling you all of the fees and charges you will receive, after you book a travel package with them.  They offered to refund up to $25.00 for 1 piece of luggage on both legs of the flight.  Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days from your completing the trip, which I did within 7 days of coming home and it has now been two months  and I have not receivede a thing.  I have called their number three or four times to inquire about this matter and I am left on hold for ten or fifteen minutes  and then I am suddenly cut off.

I paid for this package trip to las vegas in advance and when I go to check out of the Monte Carlo, I am told that I owe $91.00 and I ask what for.  The front desk clerk tells me that this is for resort fees and taxes.  How nice.  You pretty much have to pay what ever they say because you had to give them a credit card when you checked in and it will be billed against this card.  I will never use this company again and I will tell everyone I come across to pass on this company.
