Verizon Wireless The salespeople lie just to get your business ventura, California
Beware of the sales people at this company. They lure you to switch from At & T to go with their services by offering to pay for your early termination fees with your existing company. Our company did switch 5 phones to them and the salesperson, Yvette, to go ahead and pay our early termination fees at A T & T and that Verizon was going to give us a credit for it. Our total early termination fees was $680.00 and Yvette told us that it was going to be credited to our account at $200.00 increments in the next couple of bills. That never happened. They lied to us. We've been dealing with a guy who claims to be the manager of the store named George Garcia. He is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. He keeps putting us off and does not want to take our calls. I thought it would be best to put this out there on the internet so that nobody else gets ripped off by Verizion Wireless.
