Jason, In your T&C it states you have 30 days to return and disconnect your phone, not 30 days to replace it, so if it was within 30 days you should have replaced it by telling them you wanted to return it, your terms and conditions state one year for FRU, which is what you got, he " Worry Free Garuntee " says for ( CALIF RES ) you have 30 days to return and disco, that doesn't mean 30 days to replac. Mind you 30 days was only in calfornia, because of the CPUC.

Anthony, Thanks for the information, but it is not correct. I learned after contacting the Verizon Corporate offices that Advanced Handheld Devices, PDAs Etc. have a 30 day replacement Guarantee. My unit was 28 days old so they replaced it with a new one. I also learned that all associates have to forward you to a manager if you request one. A callback from the manager is guaranteed with-in 24 hours. Verizon associates need to learn what the real policies are. The main thing is: who wants a used PDA device when you buy a new one. Why do I do business with a company that pushes the fine print, but does not know what the fine print is?

in your customer agreement it states that you have 14 days to return your phone, thereafter you have a one year warranty on your phone and it will be replaced with a F.I.R. ( field replacement unit ) which is a refurbished unit, it states it in parentheses next to it. I know it sucks that you have to get a refurbished phone, but that was the agreement, at lease it was replaced.
