Veroes creit Credit one They offered a deferment and them lowered my fico score Hemet CA California
They called me and offered me a deferment on my payment then knowing i was in the hospital. the report my credit and lowered it 40 point after try to be nice they hurt me worse. doing that after they kept calling me knowing i couldent call them back for a few days.

It was YOU who failed to make the payment on time and it was properly reported to the bureaus.
