Brought a vehicle to get repaired after a crash. Told me it was totaled as it needs a whole new rear end. The next few weeks I found out it was not. Vets Did not even notice other damge, I myself had to point out.
They wanted to put a 75k unknown junkyard rear axel on a 25k mile vehicle.
The bodyshop manager did not know anything about bodywork so that was even a bigger problem. As the vehicle was being repaired I looked in on it. The insurance co told them too put on dot dot dot ..... They were paid for parts and did not even put them on. If I was too drive off in it, It would have had about 1000 dollars of non paid parts.
It was a extremealy bad experience an if I had not gone threw a few other repairs threw my life, The vehicle probably would have fell apart or we would have had another accident.
They did not even notice a large crack on a main part.
At the end of this big ordeal, I found out they then stole stuff out the vehicle, Which I filed a police report.
I have tape recordings of them lying, talking to the insurance company on my behalf etc.
In my opinon, to sum it all up, They are the Veterans ford Cartel of Louisiana.
