For the past year I have been struggling with Viatalk. They were kicked out of the BBB for unresponsiveness.

They promised me internet phone service but I've had no service for significant periods of time during the past year and each time they were nearly completely unresponsive to the problem.

In addition, on one occasion they deliberately cut service during a rare period of tolerable service. Without warning they suspended my telephone service claiming I wasn't paid up causing a dangerous and inconvenient situation for my family. My account is paid up through August '08 and the most recent email I have from their billing department, 4.27/08, said I had a zero balance. This company's service department is a nightmare typically having 2 hour wait times for customer service.
