accepted original quote of $950.00 to relocate our college bound daughter from conn. to boston. also dicussed at that time pick up and delivery dates..which were confirmed. on the day of pick up.. charged extra to wrap furniture.. not discussed priorly.

once furniture on truck. told us they could not deliver on date agreed upon due to religion. we settled on next day even though it inconvenienced us in terms of our trip scheduled to be there the day before. very unresponsive to our dis satisfaction thus far. on delivery date... 4 hours late.

upon arrival. refused to unload truck until we paid other half of bill( bank check) and then proceeded to inform us that we needed to pay them $250.00 additional in cash and refused to give us a receipt. this was all as per someone named mike in brooklyn. very nasty attitude, told us thiese were terms of an "exclusive" delivery, also never discussed prior to then.

when they brought the furniture in, ther was a huge 14 inch gash through the moving blankets and into the arm of the sofa. also delivered 1 bedroom dresses in multiple broken peices..totally unrepairable. also never delivered a coffe table. contacted company, spoke to mike, who said we should send him a fax which we did.

this company was deceiptable, unprofessional, and had a we could care less attitude. i filed reports with the bbb, dot, dept of trucking and safety and several more agencies. this company need to be stopped before they rip-off someone else. also i would like compensation for my detroyed and missing furniture.

howdoes a company like this stay in business? they are predators on the consumers. please file this report and take any action necessary to stop them.you may contact me at any time.

thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter.

Victory with the Brooklyn address is licensed. Their west coast counterparts (same company, different address) are the ones revoked. Sorry for the confusion.

Victory Moving & Storage, also known as All Victory Van Lines, with locations in Brooklyn and California, has been put out of service by the Department of Transportation since June 6. If they picked up your things after this date, it was completely illegal.
