Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This sales organization is populated almost exclusively by liars. DO NOT deal with them UNLESS you use a reliable recording device all the time you are conversing with them. They will chat you up and do their best to convence you they are trustworthy. REMEMBER, the only you who can defraud you is someone you think you can trust. We have owned here for over 5years and have NEVER talked to another owner who has received any of the marketing money they promise when then tell you they will give you extra weeks they will rent out for you.

The most popular topic of conversation around the pool here is what lies they told you.

The sales department are like werewolves, they appear like nice friendless people until they begin feeding! They will try to intimate you, belittle you, insult you if you do not agree to purchase. That is the time to remind them they are being recorded.

Their tactics and practices would would be out and out fraud in the US! Here they seem to think it is sport!

Never buy any timeshare on impulse. If the deal looks great you can buy it as a resale for less than 10 cents on the dollar.

I've spent a lot of money and i was scammed by other companies trying to cancel my timeshare. My advice is that if you're going to hire a company to help you with the problem, DO NOT PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT, because it use to be a fraud. I did a research on internet and i found some interesting articles, i recommend you to read this one:

Mayan Palace timeshare sales tactics are hardcore and they will tell you anything you want to hear to get you into the contract and keep you in contract with them. The hardest part is that dealing with Mayan Palace after the purchase of your timeshare can be a little frustrated. Especially because customer service won’t get you the answers you expect to get when it comes on how to use your timeshare or trying to Book your next vacations, lucky if you are able to do book anything. Find an attorney to get you out of the contract asap.
