Viddyoze http://viddyoze.com/live/ Basically operates with a "Russian thug" mentality... Harrasing unprofessionl emails... Collected money and then turned off service under some bs reason... These guys are obviously in this ti scam as money as possible out of people before they realize that they are being duped... Absolute worst, phony, customer service ever... Internet
Signed up to use templates paying a one time fee.
Had access to limited templates which were not like the ones listed in the sales video.
The site had constant glitches...
I was emailed with a threatening email about how people were hacking into the site and thats why it was slowing down and crashing. I was also told that it was determeined that I was taking part in these hacking activites and that I was creating videos using templates that I was not allowed to use under my plan... WTH? This made zero sense to me... The email was written so unprofessionally... Literally like I was being verbally assaulted on a subway by a group of russian thugs during an attempted shakedown...
I had to jump through hoops to get them to turn my account back on... They said they werent sure why I was kicked out in teh first place... Apparently they booted out thousands of people rather than figure out who was actually doing it... Seemed like a server issue and they couldnt handle the amount of people tesitng out the software... So they booted everyone that paid the low fee and blamed it on a securtity breach... Lame
Now, after getting back in, they have turned off the site that I paid to use...
Per the usual ... They are not answering emails asking what the heck is going on...
This company is PAINFUL to deal with... DONT BUY FROM THEM
