I saw this advertisement on TV and ordered one video "Windows" My computer somhow lost memory therefore I was not able to use the CD I ordered, because my computer is in the shop.

A few weeks later, here comes another CD, and another and another. I did not open I called and spoke to one of the associates after the second CD, she said that she was sorry for the inconvience but I was suppose to call and cancel the other CD's. I said why would I cancel when I only ordered the one free video, the TV mention nothing about additional charges, or that you would have to stop additonal shippments that you did not order.

I told her all of the additional CD's were still in their packs and I can send them back. She told me not to send them back, that I could keep them at no cost to me because they could only refund the cost of two of the charges of 69.95 (X-2) totaling $139.90 and two shipping cost, because the first two charges were beyond the refund date. She said I would be receiving my refund within two weeks.

Well it has been three months and I tried calling them after (4) four weeks and through the month of September, but they have a machine that takes only your telephone number and promises to call you back, which they never do. I think the TV promotion should be band for National TV. It does not give you all of the information concerning how the Free CD is not really FREE. I am still waiting on my refund.
