BEWARE OF VIP STEEMER
Julian Iwundu is an unprofessional liar. Contacted this company after I had a flood from a busted pipe in late January. Initially he was very professional, came in extracted the water and left the fans in the 3 rooms that were affected and returned as promised 4 days later. I asked if he could replace the flooring in the rooms that were damaged and he said yes so we entered into a contract in February. BIG MISTAKE. It took 3 1/2 weeks for the flooring to arrive because of slow delivery and being sent the wrong titles, so he said. It took another week and a half for the workers to start the work. The workers came and completed two room and partially completed the third in the beginning of April. Upon completion of the 2 and a half rooms I sent him photos and complained about of the shoddy workmanship and asked if he could come to my home to check it out. It is May 17th and he has yet to return to my home and when I call, text or email he never responds.
