Nov. 2006 I purchased a laptop for my son for college year 2007, he didn't connect the laptop until Feb 2007, wouldn't go on, thought the battery or the plug was no good, had everyone under the sun trying to log on nothing, March it was sent out, I argued with Shop NBC about receiving a brand new on, oh it's over 30 days no,

I also have a 2 year extended warranty that I paid for, came back to me on 5/11/2007, finger marks all over the screen and a note saying no power short, June called back, July called back was told a box was being UPS out to me , 8/20/07 Jerry said I'll make sure the request gets in for a box to come out to ship back for refurbish not brand new,

8/29/07 called Jerry back, he was busy, Queen looked it up and said no box was sent UPS to me, told her I'm now on the band wagon for the class action lawsuit. I have a LEMON that never worked, my son starts college next week and will look like an idiot because he has no notebook computer and I can;t afford to buy another one.

They refuse to give me a new one and extend the warranty as a new purchase date for whenever I get a laptop that works.Please help resolve this and get my son a working reliable notebook!
