Viscom Technology Group Inc. ripoff! It was shoddy & some parts were used, some didn't work at all. Chaska Minnesota
Shop NBC (computer store)I purchased a computer complete, software, printer, camera, 15" monitor. $1899.96 - first box was delivored 11/05/01 I finally got it all in time to go on line January 2002, Printer didn't work, monitor had a bright light in the screen, camera didn't work at all
I stopped payment through Visa/made a report to BBB. they did send me a different camera(had been used)but did work. Finally they sent me a different monitor(damaged & dirty)I sent it back, and they told me that they didn't have a new one like the one that I had ordered, I then had to return the server(tower)to them so they could connect it to a different type of monitor, which I did-when it was all returned to me I plugged in the printer and it didn't work at all.
I took it to a local shop, he did get it to work part of the time, I have since replaced the printer with a different type and most of the time it will work. (cant get the printer & scanner to both work at the same time). It is a hunk of junk - and Viscom Tech. should not be allowed to continue to rip us off. I did all I could to correct the problems, Viscom Tech. will not talk to you return calls Etc. And they are still on the air!
