In response to the complaint reported by Destin. As an employee of Symphonix, the company that distributes Epiclear, I can state that any future shipments are stated during the ordering process. We are precisely instructed to explain all future shipments, and we also let customers know that they can call to cancel, or customize their order. Its really a shame that people dont pay attention to details pertaining to items that they purchase. To put down the company and product is bad charma, especially considering that we have had such success with Epiclear. I am sorry to hear that Epiclear did not work for your son, NOTHING works for EVERYBODY. But in defense of the product, we do have many customers that have seen terrific results. All you would have needed to do is call our customer care line to cancel your future shipments. Next time, if you are unsure of the details of a purchase either: A. ask more questions, cuz we are willing to answer them, or B. DONT BUY!! I just cant stand seeing things posted that put down a completely legit company!
