Jon, It is good that you finally came out of the closet with Eric and admitted that you are both liars, cheats, crooks, FRAUD. I know of at least 10 people who's contracts you have breached. That makes you liars, cheats crooks, FRAUD. Last time I checked breach of contract was against the law. How many so called accountants has your llc gone through in 2 years? 5 was it? Always blaming them when payments were late or not paid at all. The student can only be as good as the teacher. Shows how pathetic you really are Jon. I love how when our house was set on fire and burnt down you tried to hide the facts. Was that so you and Prosperity could collect the insurance money and run? You aren't paying for the house anyways anymore. Glad I caught you in the act and stopped that at least. Do you always hire slick liars at you now defunct business? Why is it your phone numbers are all down? hmmm. Why is it your being sued by the real Visions Investment Group? Is it because you stole there name and now will go to jail for that type of criminal act? That is also trademark infringement. Fraud. Your flyers and all the paper work that my lawyers have show 100% guarantee money back. FRAUD. Lots of people are going through foreclosures due to you and your staff members lies. Fraud. Since the house we purchased through you as credit optimizers was owned by another member of your staff before hand that makes it FRAUD and a federal crime. Your slick salesmen said it cannot and will not hurt your credit with 100% money bank guarantee. Your employee up sold the house to us for $100,000 more than it was ever worth. Fraud. The appraisal done on the house was Fraud. Funny how that person is no where to be found in the USA anymore. If your so called business is so legit, tell me little Jon why are the phone numbers disconnected? Why in your rebuttal did you state to email you without an email address? Why did your little llc pick up and move states. Fraud. You are so sick in the head, I pray for you. I hope you learn to forgive yourself while in jail for a long time. I will not rest until that happens. Why did you change company names? Fraud. Keep enjoying that nice new home you live in Jon. It won't last forever, but then again nothing does. Eyes will be watching everything you do. Johnny A.

It has come to our attention that some comments were being posted on this consumer website and after looking thru them, we have to say we are a complete shock especially when we've tried to work with all of you. We offer an educational service, not a handout. But I am glad to see that many students and old employees have come to our defense on this site. There are always 2 sides to every story. The market has changed for the country as a whole. Homes are foreclosing and banks are not lending. This has put a devastating strain on one of our real estate models, which has impacted our cash flow for those companies. We entered into a legal lease with an option to purchase contract. We have been unable to keep our payments current, not because of fraud but because of business and the economy. Let me be very clear about this; not having the ability to pay does not equate to fraud. According to this logic, anyone who has ever been late on a bill or payment has committed fraud. We believe that these statements are unfair. Most of the properties in which we are the end buyer, we had made 1-2 years of payments regardless of whether we had a tenant in the home or not. For the other properties that fall short of the 1-2 year period, we had made payments until the economy shift took place and the banks quit lending. Additionally, you all received an option-consideration fee that covered at least 90 days worth of mortgage payments. That is not fraud or a scam. We have lost money on the properties. We have fallen into financial hardship, but want to make this work for all parties involved. When you understand the process, you know that we presented an investment opportunity to you and acted as the end buyer. You were able to purchase the property for 90-100% of the FMV. The cash out we received is then placed in various investment arenas. Well, most of those arenas are falling to a significant loss, just as the real estate arena throughout the country. We will survive. Though we are struggling thru the rough waters right now, we want to help resolve any issues during this change in the market. We know we have created an abundance of financial benefit to many of our students, some of which defended us on this website; and others who have sent in countless testimonials; and yet still others who we are currently working with us to weather this storm to try to minimize the harshness of this economic situation we are facing. We are currently working with most of our investors and have created solutions together to combat the current real estate market. I invite any of you who are not currently working with us to contact us via email so we can help create solutions for you also. Sincerely, Jon and Eric
