The Product DOES work! But, it takes forever to get it, and yes as others have said, they do charge $6.50 per bottle shipping for their FREE products. But, once you get it, it's worth it.
If you try this product and it works for you, don't wait until you have ONE bottle left--you better order it when you have about THREE bottles left, because you will wait forever for the product to arrive.
Also, all you get is a busy signal when you call their 800# (no matter what time of day you call). It is unfortunate that they don't have better customer service, because they have a great product. Thank you.
