Twenty Eight Years of deception 1982-2010: This woman believed she was married to a straight and respectable man. One day, her doctor gave her a little orange pill. She took the pill every day for one week. The orange pill cleared her cloudy head and many unconnected dots connected. She shivered in terror and her thoughts drifted into the past. Memories and events connected and tied fragmented thoughts into concepts, weather real or imagined. Vivian Kaplan launched an investigation campaign, searching relentlessly for answers to her question now forming in her thoughts. With her thoughts unclouded, she diligently investigated her estranged husband.
Never in a million years, could she concock her discoveries. First, to get you up to speed a little history. Gary Kaplan supposedly met his best friend and Richard Jaguesztyn at FIU masters in Taxation program, where they became close buddies. Gary introduced Vivian Kaplan to Richard Jaguesztyn in hopes that they would all become great travel buddies. They shared, dinners, conversations, vacations and family events together. Eventually, Gary invited Richard to be the CPA for Vivian's home health agency in September 2004. Gary and Richard were tight buddies and commenced their activities working for Vivian's agencies, Elite Home Health, Inc and Elite Home Health of the Palm Beaches, LLC.
March 28th, 2010 Vivian found legal mortgage documents on the Broward County Tax Assessors website linking a relationship between Corrine Kaplan (Gary's Mother) and Richard Jaguesztyn with dates prior to Gary Kaplan and Richard Jaguesztyn FIU masters program enrollment. Vivian deduced, that the two CPA's lied about how they met to mask their activities and intentions. Vivian beleived Gary's tale, that they wanted to save the Elite entities.
Vivian hopes and prays that the IRS, CID and other Federal Law Enforcement Agencies scan this website and read this complaint.

What exactly is the complaint? Who was she married to? What did he do? Did he lie about his sexual orientation? Did he steal her money? Did he sabotague her business? Why should the IRS care? This report makes absolutely no sense!
