VIVID Seats One Direction Concert Tickets not Valid on the day of the Event chicago Illinois
To Whom it may concern
I bought tickets from VIVID seats in November for my two daughters to go to the 1 Direction Concert 11 28 13 and the concert date is 8 24 2014. We go to the Concert and the tickets are not Valid. Someone else has enter the buliding with the same tickets at 5:30 pm. What do you say .... My kids eyes told the store... So I went and bought tickets from AT&T box office.. I'm so angry at this point... never bought tickets from this Company and now...never again..
