When purchasing multiple tickets, they never give you the total until after it has gone through. It always says "2 Tickets $200" for an example. Once you push through and accept the order, you get a screen saying "2 Tickets $500."
The "customer service" told me that it does notify you, yet if you read reviews online by other frustrated experiences, they detail the exact same occurrence.
They are unable to refund your money even just seconds after the transaction. I reached out to customer service to see if they could assist me with this misconception. When not responding with an automated paragraph response, they were very sharp and brief at saying they wouldn't do anything.
This is not customer service, this is not service.
This is a total scam!

As seen above, my frustrations were heavy. I reached out to Vivid Seats after this, and they too also reached out to me.
What makes a company a successful company is not the money they bring in, but their customer service. Vivid Seats, despite my original first interaction, truly stands behind customer service. They listened to my frustrations, they showed me the respect a frustrated experience deserves, and we came to a resolution of satisfaction.
Vivid Seats restored my faith in their company.
