My husband paved an order for my waist trainer. He received an email with a tracking number advising that the shipping label was created. This was November 26th. As of today, no further info has been updated by the post office. I have sent two emails to [email protected], which is what is advised on the "company's" Instagram account. I also sent comments to vixxencurves on Instagram and still no response. The person is actually deleting my comment and answering the questions from potential customers. I just want my $160 back. I don't even want anything from this person anymore. I tried filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but vixxencurves could not be located in their system as a registered business. Buyers beware!!
