Vladimir Grigoryants Nose got botched, ignoring unhappy patients, feel ripped off. Glendale California
I had revision surgery with dr. Vladimir Grigoryants. I had issues with my breathing and cosmetic issues. On the short 10 mins consultation what I paid 150$ for dr.G said that he will fix my breathing, lift the tip and narrow the bones. He didn’t even have a proper equipment to examine my nose. Due to being naive I believed him and decided to go ahead with this doctor. It's been a year after surgery. My nose came out very unattractive and its totally ruining my face. It's very wide, asymmetric, lumpy and my breathing became even worse, the tip is not lifted. He didn't determine what cause a breathing issue he just decided to put a huge spreader grafts 2 mm wide each and 3cm long but the issue was that my nostrils didn't have enough support, nothing to do with a spreader grafts. He doesn’t have an ENT license but he promised he will fix my breathing. I think he used me as an experiment about "the use an extended spreader graft in rhinoplasty" without my knowledge or consent. If he did it should be for free then. I found out that he is already conducted in an experiment on "The use of SHORT spreader graft in primary rhinoplasty" with his wife dr. Alpa Baroni. I googled it. Also he is telling me it was a complex revision rhinoplasty, complicated surgery. But he examined my nose literally for 5 mins and my surgery was about 1hr 30 mins long.
I tracked the time and I was surprised that it was so short for the "complex revision rhinoplasty ". On the post op meeting he just refused all my concerns and then told me there is nothing else he can do to fix it except do a series of steroid shots. Which I of course rejected because it’s not a solution of the problems he caused me with his "revision rhino”. It is very disappointing to hear it from your doctor. I payed 12500$ for my breathing fixing, make my tip slightly upturned with a feminine slope, narrow my bones. He didn’t do nothing of that except fixing my pollar beak deformity, but he added projection and my nose looks longer now on a profile. Full of scar tissues, big, wide, lumpy. I also can’t breath. My nose got botched. In the end I feel like I was being scammed and ripped off. I posted honest reviews about my failed revision surgery experience with dr.Grigoryants along with the pics of my botched nose. After that we had a long email conversation.
First we started to have a conversation through the "virtu secured” emails. Then he revoked the access to the emails and i can’t see our conversation anymore. I started emailing him a regular way and he asked me to call him so we can solve our problems. To make a long story short - he offered 50% refund if I delete my reviews. After I kept my end of a deal - he just blocked my number and now he is ignoring emails. So after I deleted all my reviews he said that he is not going to refund me. Also I’ve noticed that a lot of negative reviews has disappeared. My reviews on a different web sites got removed as well. My advice - just stay away from him, don’t trust popular reviews web sites and do your research.
