VMI - CYDCOR - Marketing FX Scam, Bad Business, lying, cheating, deception Oakbrook Illinois
Adding to the tons of complaints already found here. I just want people to realize CYDCOR (recently known as Marketing FX and various other names) is now operating under the name VMI. I am a recent grad and fell for the same ploy like others here on this site. Fortunately I found the reports before having to go on the second "interview".
I spoke to Karen over the phone and while she seemed very nice, red flags were raised. I asked about the specifics of the position since I was not entirely sure I was interested and she avoided the question. The next thing that caught my attention was the time of the interview was set up for, 10:40am. I have had tons of interviews over the last 5 months and NONE have started on a time that specific. After reading this site I found out it is due to the large number of interviews they do a day. The whole time I spoke to her I felt like she was trying to get off the phone and I was taken back about the lack of questions she had for me! In fact she did not ask a single thing about me other than if I am looking for a full time position.

They have no information about what they do, who they represent (besides saying "fortune 500 companies"), or anything else of substance. They also do NOT give any names of CEOs, directors, managers, HR.
Please don't waste your time with this "company"
P.S I find it funny a poster is responding to other claims against VMI, Marketing FX, CYDCOR, ect trying to scare us with Defamation, Libel and Slander. Giving our experiences with a "company" is slander? What a joke.
